About Meetsy 🩷

Why we built it

It is genuinely hard to find something good to do — and even harder to get people to commit. Group chats fill with plans that never happen. The events that would have been perfect for you get buried in an algorithm, or you hear about them the week after.

Meetsy is the fix for that: a place where finding an event, inviting your people, selling a ticket, and remembering it afterwards all live together. It is built to feel like your group chat, not like a corporate ticketing site.

We are based in Newark, NJ, and we started with NJ + NYC on purpose. Local means the events on here are ones you can actually get to.

🛂Collect your yearEvery check-in stamps your passport and fills in a calendar of everywhere you actually went.

Safety, plainly 🛡️

Every community chat has a safety bot that steps in when someone shares a phone number, address, or handle too early. Hosts scan tickets at the door, so the guest list is real. Anything that feels off can be reported from the event or chat, and it comes straight to us.

Card details never touch our servers — payments run through Stripe, and we only ever see that an order succeeded. Read more or contact us →

Anyone can host on Meetsy — a rooftop party, a run club, a book swap. You get the design studio, ticketing, a door scanner, invites, and payouts to your bank.
